Primitive Grungy Mittens
These Mittens comes as a set of 6..Thank you to Tennessee Ridge..I have made them from a strong ticking fabric that has been stained, baked, sanded.. These mittens have small worn wholes for that vintage look..I have hand stitched some stained quilt batting to the top adorned it with a bell & stuffed a litte sweet annie in them..they measure 5-6" They photos are brighter then they really are... Sooty's hat has also been made from painted muslin.. his hat has been sewn into place and finished off with a bell.. his waist band and trim for his hat have been made from stained warm and natural fabric... these have been sewn into place with black thread...
